Arakurayama Sengen Park
Place: Arakurayama Sengen Park
Access: 8 mins by car. Shimo-Yoshida Sta., the nearest sta. to the park is 2 stops from Mt.Fuji Sta. by train (Fujikyuko Line), and 22 mins to the park on foot.
Highlights:
Here is their official webpage. One of the most famous Japanese tourist spots among inbound visitors where you can view both Mt.Fuji and a pagoda. Cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in autumn, and the park transforms its color and scenery in different seasons. It takes 22 mins to the park on foot if you travel by train, however, we can recommend you to go for a walk while feeling the nature and spring vibes on a sunny day. 

Around Lake Kawaguchi
Place: Lake Kawaguchi
Access: Kawaguchi-ko Sta., the nearest station to the lake is 2 stops from Mt.Fuji Sta. by train (Fujikyuko Line).
Highlights:
There are some places for cherry blossom viewing around this area. The northern part of the Lake which is close to the Kawaguchiko Museum of Art and Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum is known for a good cherry blossom viewing spot. Also, if you take the Mt.Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, you can view the whole lake and cherry trees around it from above. There are some rental bicycle shops around the lake, so we can recommend you to go cycling while enjoying the cherry blossom viewing as well.

Mt. Fuji station has good access from multiple places in Tokyo by bus and Shinjuku by train.

We have a parking lot, so you can easily travel by car as well.

When the weather is good, you can see the great Mt. Fuji view
from the street in front of the accommodation.

By train
There is a direct train (JR Express Fuji Kaiyuu) that departs from Shinjuku Station. Or you can take a train (JR Express Kaiji) from Shinjuku Station to Otsuki Station, then change to Fujikyuko Line (bound for Kawaguchiko) to Mt. Fuji Station.


By bus
Fujikyuko Bus operates a route to Mt. Fuji Station from Tokyo, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Haneda Airport and Ikebukuro.

By car
We have a parking space. Please inform us in advance in case you are traveling by car. 

Dog-friendly

We are a dog-friendly accommodation and we welcome guests with a dog! For a memorable stay with your dog.

・We accept only one middle-sized dog (smaller than 25kg). We do not allow more than one dog or other animals.

・We charge 5,000 yen as an additional fee for special cleaning.

・After making a reservation, please submit:
   - Vaccination certificate for rabies
   - Vaccination certificate for 5 types or more types of mixed vaccines
   - Pet accommodation agreement
   ***If we cannot confirm the above-mentioned documents, we will not send our check-in instructions.

・We do not have any dog items in the room. Please bring all items needed by yourself.

・We send you a rule book before check-in. Please read it carefully and follow all the rules.

there is 1 double sofa bed and 1 single foldable bed.
You can use the room widely during the day,
as both of them are foldable.

The kitchen has a counter table and stools, which are suitable for having quality time with your family or friends while cooking.

There is a low dining table and a TV in front of the sofa,
so you can relax and watch TV.

Sightseeing spots

Our property has good access to major sightseeing spots!

Arakurayama Sengen Park
A park where you can see a dynamic view of both a pagoda and Mt.Fuji. By train, it takes only 5 minutes to Simoyoshida Station, the closest station to the park. By car, it takes 11 minutes from the property. Cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in autumn, the park shows different faces every season.

Lake Kawaguchi
A lake where you can see upside down Mt.Fuji as it is reflected on the water's surface. By train, it is only 2 stops away from our closest station. By car, it takes less than 20 minutes. There are several museums and restaurants around the lake. We can also recommend cycling on a sunny day.

Fuji-Q Highland
An amusement park that has many Guinness-certified attractions. By train, it is only 1 stop away from our closest station. By car, it takes around 6 minutes. There are also attractions and areas for children, so it is recommendable for families. 

Food
This area is famous for Yoshida Udon. Udon is a type of Japanese noodle, and Yoshida Udon is famous for its thickness and chewy texture. You can also find many restaurants where you can eat local food such as Hoto (thick flat noodles). As Yamanashi prefecture produces the most grapes and peaches in Japan, we also recommend trying sweets using these fruits.
